How can I return something?

It’s very simple:
You have 14 days from the date of the order to make the return.

Just do these simple steps:

• Write to info@theframehotel.com with the subject of the order number, in the e-mail indicate the items where you need to make the return explaining if possible the problem.
• Put the item back in its original packaging in perfect condition with intact tag and labels.
• We do not accept washed or used items.
