The communication must be made by e-mail by writing to the following e-mail address: info@theframehotel.com<br \/>\nOnce said term has expired, the return will no longer be feasible.<br \/>\nMYJO SRL will be required to accept the return of the items returned in their original packaging and perfectly preserved. Otherwise the returns will be rejected.<br \/>\nReturned products will be subject to credit or refund.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nMYJO SRL will reimburse payments received by the consumer within 14 days from the day on which he becomes aware of the consumer&#8217;s decision to withdraw from the contract.
